Personally, I think it should, i'm tired of almost getting killed by dumbasses on the road that can't handle multitasking well. in certain instances I fail at life for talking on the phone and then someone in person so imagine someone with that difficulty in a car, driving with a passenger, while trying to keep and eye on the road without staring off into space and running everyone else either off the road or away from you because you veer out of lanes too much with badly timed or no signals at all. Voice mail is your friend, screen your calls, something, tell people you'll get back to them once you're out of the car. Cripes.

Fiending for Sight

I'm really out of it lately, and I think it's due to a couple reasons. More primarily though that I'll make mention of is my eyesight. I haven't been in to see an optometrist for about a year or two. My most recent prescription I had had, is now MIA and my old prescription before that hurts my eyes more than helps it. Sucks most of all cause this mofo doesn't have any insurance to deal with it, so I get to bite the bullet and just pay out of pocket for a visit, prescription and frames.

These are my frames from about three pairs back..

I loved and swore by these suckers. They snapped in half across the bridge, unfortunately. I was fussing with them and didn't realize what my dumb ass had done till it was too late.

So I intend to get these frames again. Why? Because I can and like 'em. Wire frames annoy too much.

Seeing Laney's photo blog reminded of my own frames. I needed a reminder to get that crap outta the way. Trying to tape frames together the geeky way is just fail unless you're a genius with the stuff.

Anyhow, that's it for now ladies and germs. I bid you all adieu till later.

Wonder Woman and the Phallic Menace

Do you think those old-timey comic book artists were trying to suggest something in all those Wonder Woman covers? Superman had Lex Luthor. Batman had the Joker. And Wonder Woman, apparently, had the Phallic Symbol. In the early days, the biggest threat to the Amazon (who made her debut in 1941) was being attacked by penis-shaped objects. Though she did enjoy occasionally riding or straddling a rocket, bomb, or skyscraper when the mood struck. And why wouldn’t she? She was only a woman and the rockets looked so much like a — well — you know. But the phallic fun didn’t end with rockets or torpedoes. The Wonder Woman artists could turn anything into a stand-in for the male genitalia — as when the Amazon princess is the meat in a skyscraper sandwich or when, only a few issues before, she mounts another skyscraper and seems to be rubbing its tip. They even made a damn shark look phallic! Either these guys were complete perverts or working through their subconscious desires. Either way, it made for some awesome comic book covers and fodder for young boy’s fantasies (even if they had no idea what triggered them).

This is hard? Questionable Content. Hands downs. I'd probably fit in nicely as one more zany chick to add into their already random world. I mean c'mon. If you've seen me around then you'd know how well it'd work out. And I was the original pizza girl, man. My yahoo id is the_pizza_ladii for crying out loud. Besides, I think I'd get on well with Faye, that or we'd annoy each other extremely well, we're both alike in too many ways.
